Body Toning

Body Toning – My Beach Body

CFC has just created Body Toning, a premium program that combines the best aspects of pilates and circuit training to create the latest thing in low impact, sustainable fitness.

Body toning classes are specifically designed to target problem areas and make you look and feel awesome. The classes do not involve running or weights, instead emphasising on repetition and results.

Participants can expect a lot of abdominal exercise variations; targeting your rectus abdominal, obliques and lower abs. Legs are toned through a combination of squats, squat jumps, lunges and other leg ply-metrics.

The class size for body toning is limited to 10 people for private groups and 15 for company groups. The reason we limit the size of the class is to ensure participants receive the adequate attention with each equipment and exercise.
