Boot Camp – No one gets left behind
CFC Fitness provides Sydney’s best boot camp training for individuals or small groups looking for more personalised group training. Unlike traditional or original boot camp fitness programs, CFC provides an emphasis on creating a fun and social environment to improve individual’s health and fitness.

All boot camp training is tailored to the group and the individuals so no one gets left behind. Boot camp groups are capped at 15 people providing a safe and enjoyable environment to train in.

NO – CFC boot camp classes encourage people, not humiliate people.
