Circuit Training

Circuit Training – Punches and crunches

CFC Circuit training classes are designed to make training fun and keep you motivated with variety in each session. The circuit classes combine gym equipment and the natural surroundings to offer both body weight exercises and equipment training. The class size is limited to 15 people to ensure proper technique is performed as well as adequate attention is offered to all participants.

What can I expect in the classes?

  • Boxing
  • Abdominal exercises
  • Stairs, Dips and Lunges
  • Squat jumps & Strength bands

Is there a lot of running?

The classes are tailored to the group and their needs. There is a running component but you only do what you can, the goal is to finish and improve in your own time.

Will we lift weights and will I bulk up?

We don’t lift weights in the class but we do use strength bands. The strength band is similar to weights in that there is resistance but the final results are more toned and leaner muscles. No bulking up!
