City 2 Surf 2011 Training

City 2 Surf – Running program

Corporate Fitness Culture is proud to offer Fitness in Sydney an 8-week running program. The running program will be held in the Domain and Botanical Gardens at lunch times twice a week for 8 weeks. The 16 sessions will run for 50 minutes each and cater to all fitness levels and running experience.

 

Program Details

(*Min 10 people to start program)

Location: Domain & Botanical Gardens

Times: 12.30 – 1.20pm

Days: Monday & Wednesday

Cost: $160 p/person ($10 a session)

  • Strength and conditioning
  • Distance and hill work
  • Speed and endurance
  • Improved times
