Personal Training

Personal Training – Fast track your results

The true benefits of personal training are only achieved when the individual’s diet is addressed. All CFC personal training programs come with discounted 8 week of bite4life online access and customised menu plans.

The five classic components of fitness are muscular strength, muscular endurance, body composition, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility, although there are other subsets like power, skill, and speed. CFC personal training sessions are designed to incorporate each component over the course of a two week cycle.

2 on 1 Personal Training

Personal training is not for everyone as over time it can become expensive, that is why we offer 2 on 1 personal training. This style of fitness training is perfect for couples looking to exercise together, best friends or mates looking to achieve a common goal. Bite4life online access is also offered to 2 on 1 personal training clients as a complimentary service ensuring the maximum results from the training.

The training is very similar to personal training except the cost is split making it more affordable over time. We often find we get better results with 2 on 1 training as individual’s become competitive and more motivated to train with a second person.

Small Group Training

Personal training can still be personal with small intimate training groups. CFC provides small group training classes with a maximum of six in the class guaranteeing results as well as personalised attention. With CFC small group fitness classes the cost is split between the participants allowing long term commitments and results.

The small group training also comes with 8 weeks online bite4life access and customised menu plans. The bite4life website also allows the participants of the small group training to compete in a wellness challenge between themselves to see who can lose the most weight and increase their fitness the most over 8 weeks.

Testing includes:

  • Push up test
  • Beep test
  • Body fat/ weight
