Sports Specific Training

Sports Specific Training

Corporate Fitness Culture provides sports specific training for both charity and corporate sporting events. The fitness programs are sport specific with individuals of all fitness levels and sporting abilities trained together for the event or sport. The training program includes (optional) bite4life online nutritional support for the duration of the training program and health and fitness testing throughout the course of the program.

Sporting Event: City 2 Surf

The City2Surf is the world’s largest run and Sydney’s favourite sporting event. Join 75000 plus people on the 14km journey from Hyde Park in Sydney’s CBD to Bondi beach. The City 2 Surf has been running for 40 years and in more recent times has become a calendar event for company employees looking to compete in a team building fitness event.

The CFC City 2 Surf program caters to all levels of runners and designed to make first time runners enjoy the running and seasoned runners improve their times. The 12 week running program covers the basics of running including technique, pacing, endurance and speed. For first time runners we provide access to massage therapists and orthopaedic specialist to make sure they are running in the correct shoes.

Other training services include Ocean swimming training (Cole Classic) and Triathlons (BRW Corporate Triathlon). The event training programs can be tailored in both length and intensity depending on the company’s requirement and participants.
