Corporate Pilates – Building core strength
Pilates in the workplace has many unseen benefits from increased energy, reducing aches and pains as well as improved sleep. Corporate Pilates doesn’t require any gym equipment and can be customised to suit the individual ability of your staff.
Pilates originated in the early 1900′s, and since then we have seen a huge shift into mainstream gyms and custom-built studios. The biggest and most recent trend is pilates at work, with many companies holding pilates classes onsite for their staff in the knowledge that the benefits far outweigh the cost.
Pilates 1 is an 8-week program teaching core techniques. With that mastered, staff members move on to Pilates 2 for an amazing body, mind and health transformation and new framework for living.
